J R S Technology incorporate in Oct 2015 and Subsidiary Companies JRST General Suppliers, J R S Samaj Kalyan Society. Our objective is to impact the lives of underprivileged youth by providing them skill, employment and livelihood. In the last 6 years since our inception, we have skill trained over 10000 thousand youth in field such as Apparel, Electronics, BFSI, Retail, Aero- Aviation, ITes, Agricultures, Plumber, Beauty & Wellness and thus created the employment & self-employment in different sectors.

Along with implementing large scale government projects like PMKVY, DDU-GKY, State Funded, Soft skills as per NSQF etc., we also help corporate executes in their CSR initiatives. We have taken up CSR projects for companies like Reliance, Sattva Media etc. J R S is registered with Skill Development across 14 States of India.

We are passionate about improving all aspects of the vocational skill delivery ecosystem. The most critical being quality of trainers along with mentoring and counseling provided to the youth at every stage of the training delivery cycle. One of our initiatives, the PGCVT program, was launched long before the Trainer Certification by SSCs became mandatory for projects like PMKVY.
